What does this Trust
Consist of?
Legal vehicle through which a natural or legal person decides to transfer assets or rights to a trust so that the Fiduciary Trustee only has them in custody for a specific period, or while specific events occur.
In the custody trust, a characteristic is that the trustor also acts as trustee, in the same way as other trusts, it can receive as patrimony any legal asset that has some value for the trustor.
