What does the Trust execution
Consist of?
The execution of a trust begins with the instruction of the credit trustee to the fiduciary trustee indicating the default of the credit operation, then the trsutor (debtor) is notified of the term to regularize the credit operation, it continues with the publication of the edict, in the which auction dates, amounts and other characteristics are indicated, finally, the public auction is carried out.
It is important to consider that at any time the debtor can make the payment to the satisfaction of the creditor.
